Russell Werner was born and raised in Powell River, left for a short time and has returned with his wife and children. Russells business sells healthy, natural pet foods for dogs and cats. New managers are operating Garnet Rock RV Park & Campground. Monique and Greg Roadknight are operating the park under the new name Garnet Rock Oceanside Park.
